1.1. Product Specifications
All hardware products sold by FreviTech, including EV charging stations, are subject to specifications listed in the product documentation. FreviTech reserves the right to modify product specifications or discontinue models without prior notice.
1.2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and installation fees, which will be quoted separately. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. FreviTech reserves the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an order.
1.3. Order Confirmation and Shipping
Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement. Estimated delivery times are provided as a reference and are not binding. FreviTech is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
1.4. Returns and Refunds
Hardware purchases are final. Returns are accepted only for defective units or shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a return authorization. Refunds will be issued upon inspection, minus applicable restocking or shipping fees.
1.5. Warranty
FreviTech warrants its hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. Full warranty terms are provided with each unit.
1.6. Installation and Maintenance
Unless otherwise agreed, installation is not included. FreviTech may recommend certified electricians or offer optional installation services. Customers are responsible for complying with local electrical codes and permitting requirements.
1.7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreviTech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of the hardware. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
2.1. Information Collected
We collect personal and business information such as your name, email, phone number, billing information, IP address, device information, and usage data from hardware and app interactions. Additionally, when you sign up for our SMS messaging service, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number via our website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.
2.2. Use of Data
Your information is used to:
Deliver and support our products and services
Process payments and transactions
Improve platform features and user experience
Comply with legal obligations
Send SMS communications for the purposes explicitly described during opt-in (e.g., account notifications, customer care updates)
2.3. SMS Messaging Services
By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following:
Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up.
Data Usage: Your information is used solely to send the types of SMS messages you agreed to receive at opt-in (for example, account notifications, customer care updates).
Message Terms: Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to otto@frevitech.com or (888) 691-5195. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. FreviTech will not sell, rent, or share collected mobile numbers. Mobile opt-in and consent information are never shared with anyone for any purpose.
2.4. Third-Party Sharing
We may share data with payment providers (e.g., Stripe), cloud service partners, and analytics platforms. These partners are obligated to handle your data securely and lawfully. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Any information sharing described elsewhere in this policy explicitly excludes mobile opt-in data.
2.5. Data Security
We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits. SMS data is protected with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
2.6. User Rights

2.7. Data Retention
We retain personal and operational data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with laws, and resolve disputes. SMS subscriber information is retained only while you remain subscribed to the SMS service, and is deleted upon your request.
2.8. Cookies and Analytics
Our website and app use cookies and analytics tools to enhance your experience. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.
3.1. Account Registration
Use of the FreviTech mobile app and backend platform requires account creation. Users must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for maintaining account security.
3.2. Ownership and License
All intellectual property—including the app interface, backend system, software logic, and trademarks—remains the property of FreviTech. We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and dashboard for their business or personal charging station management.
3.3. Station Control and Pricing
Owners may set charging prices and operating hours via the dashboard. FreviTech does not control pricing decisions but reserves the right to intervene if policies are violated or unlawful behavior is detected.
3.4. Payment Integration
Stripe is the official payment processor. Funds collected from charging sessions are transferred directly to the owner’s Stripe account. FreviTech does not retain or control your payout. Users are responsible for maintaining an active and verified Stripe account.
3.5. Usage Monitoring
FreviTech monitors app and station usage to ensure system performance and security. Data collected may include session logs, pricing changes, device status, and user interactions.
3.6. Platform Availability
While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. FreviTech may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access without notice for operational reasons.
3.7. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to other stations or accounts
Interfere with the platform’s normal operation
Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
3.8. Suspension or Termination
FreviTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to the backend or app in cases of misuse, non-payment, or security concerns.
3.9. Updates and Modifications
FreviTech may update app features, interfaces, or API endpoints. Notice of material changes will be provided through the app or email.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
